Melted products

I ordered protein balls (1) of each flavor. They do not freeze pack these items. Upon receiving they were all melted. I sent a email with photos showing they arrived melted. The response from the owner was very disappointing. She suggested that this was normal and I should re roll them. I didn’t pay for a glob of melted PB
If I wanted to roll them I’d make them from scratch myself. Needless to say I will not be ordering again.
